There is good news for TELUS customers who have HTC One. The Canadian carrier posted the schedule of its upcoming software updates, and look which device is on top – HTC One. The software update page says that Android 4.3 update for HTC One is expected to roll out by “late-September”.
It seems the carrier is currently testing Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update on HTC One, which is expected to hit the devices by the end of this month. This means the notification update can popup any day now as the month is about to end. The users in US should not worry either as it has been confirmed by the folks at HTC that the Android update will roll out in September.
Earlier this month, a rumor also suggested that the US variant of HTC One will get Android 4.3 update with Sense 5 UI later this month, followed by the international version which will get the update with Sense 5.5 UI. It was also rumored that HTC One Mini and HTC Butterfly S will also be in the list of devices to receive Android 4.3 update.
We’ll let you know as soon as the update starts rolling out.
