Yesterday, we heard that some lucky T-Mobile customers received a confirmation that their Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge pre-orders have been shipped.
Today, a lucky customer received his Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge way earlier than the official launch of the handset on March 11th.
This is not the first time T-Mobile has shipped the smartphones ahead of its launch date, it happened with the Galaxy Note 4 as well as with a few lucky ones last year who pre-ordered the Galaxy S6 Edge.
The user has posted a handful of screenshots on XDA forums revealing the new TouchWiz UI which ships with the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.
It’s the same UI which is shipping to some Galaxy smartphones who are receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, and should region most regions in the coming months. So, existing users with high-end Galaxy devices aren’t missing out much.
We’ll update you as soon as the handset is officially available, along with the details about the roll out of Android Marshmallow for Galaxy devices.
