Not too long ago, a rumor hinted that Samsung is expected to introduce its mobile payment solution Samsung Pay in Sweden, and it didn’t take too long.
The Korean company has introduced Samsung Pay in Sweden. Customers interested in using the service must have a compatible device designed for the Nordic market, a Samsung account, a Swedish SIM card and a debit/credit card.
At the moment, the service is in beta stages, and works with leading credit/debit card providers, including credit/debit card providers including Nordea, Eurocard, MasterCard, SEB, and Visa. Swedbank and Handlesbanken will be added to the compatibility list in the coming months.
List of devices currently supported with the Galaxy S7/S7 edge and the Galaxy A5 (2016). The Galaxy A5 (2017) and the Gear S3.
