Last month, Samsung introduced the enormous 18.4-inch Galaxy View tablet carrying a $599 price tag. The tablet went on sale in the US through company’s own website, but it seems you’ll have more locations to buy it from this week.
AT&T announced the oversized Galaxy View tablet will be available from the carrier from November 20th, Friday.
The tablet supports DirectTV so customers who wish to sign up for a new service account can grab it for $99.99 tied to a two-year contract with the carrier. If you’re already a customer of the DirectTV service, you can also grab the Galaxy View tablet for the same price, but with a two-year agreement with AT&T.
The Galaxy View tablet boasts an 18.4-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, as well as an octa-core 1.6GHz processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage. There’s a microSD card slot for users looking for extra storage, as well as a 5700 mAh battery, LTE connectivity and ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box.
