Samsung Galaxy Note 7 may be the company’s worst kept secret as we know almost everything about the upcoming handset, how it will look like and what it will bring at the table. There was one thing which we didn’t know and it was the battery size, but that’s not a secret either.
South Korea Telecom accidentally published a page revealing that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will come with a massive 3,500 mAh battery.
Rest of the specifications mentioned on the page are the same as leaked numerous times before. The handset is set to feature a 5.8-inch display sporting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels with the processing handled by the Snapdragon 821 or Exynos processor (depending on the market). Some other leaked features includes 6GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 12MP camera with optical image stabilization and a 5MP front-facing camera.
The handset is expected to bring Iris scanner and fingerprint sensor as an added security measure, and will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The company has scheduled an event on August 2nd for the launch of the handset, and it’s likely to go on sale the same day after launch in several global markets. We’ll update you as soon as the company officially unveils the handset.
