Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) were released in China last month, but it seems the Korean company is set to introduce them in other global markets as well, starting with India.
Samsung has sent out press invites for the launch of the Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2017) today in India.
Both devices are equipped with upgraded specifications compared to its predecessors. The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) a 5.2-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 by 720 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Other features includes a 13MP camera for photos and videos, a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,100 mAH battery and ships with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as its operating system.
As for the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016), it ships with a bigger 5.5-inch 720p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon, an Exynos 7870 processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a massive 3,300 mAh battery. Other features include 13MP camera for photos and videos, 5MP front-facing camera and ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop.
