Ahead of the launch of the OnePlus 3 flagship device, the company has opened its first Exclusive Service Center in India.
The first Exclusive Service Center is opened in Bangalore with five more service centers expected to open by the end of next month in more cities, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
“Our promise to our fans is to offer exceptional smartphone experience while complementing it with world-class support and infrastructure. This is yet another step in fulfilling that commitment,” Vikas Agarwal, General Manager, OnePlus India said.

OnePlus promises that it will be able to tackle customer issues within a guaranteed one hour time frame. Additionally, customers residing the remote areas of the country can available the pick and drop service from the exclusive service centers as well.
