Last week, we heard a rumor that Motorola is moving away from the Moto X line up and will launch the Moto Z line up next month at a press event scheduled to take place on June 9th.
It may turn out to be true as the company has registered the Moto Z trademark, which doesn’t basically confirms that Motorola’s upcoming handset will be Moto Z but it just strengthens the rumors we’re heard in the past few weeks.
This year, rumors hint that Motorola will launch two versions of their upcoming flagship device which will launch next month. The higher end version of the Moto Z is expected to boast a 5.5-inch display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor under the hood. On the other hand, the low-end version is rumored to come with a Snapdragon 620 processor and a Full HD display.
Other details about the upcoming Moto Z are not available at the moment, but we can expect the handset to feature a fingerprint sensor as an added security measure.
We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything more about the upcoming Moto Z.
