The Massage Me is a wearable massage interface that connects to a video game. Playing the Massage Me video game requires two people. One person wears a massage jacket, and the other person does the massaging.
Flexible buttons are embedded on the jacket that transforms the jacket into a game pad. To play the game, the person wearing the jacket must lie down in front of the video game screen and the other player mimics the massage combinations on the video game screen.
The game is definitely unique, but it could also be very awkward depending on who’s playing the game.
The game is supposed to translate the buttons embedded on the jacket into different massage techniques. The best massages occur when the player is required to press a large combination of buttons. The device was created by Mika Satomi and Hannah Pener-Wilson.
