Last month, LG confirmed that the company is set to unveil the successor of LG V10 — rumored to be the LG V20 — by the end of this quarter. Unfortunately, the company didn’t reveal the exact date.
If you’re waiting for the LG V20, there’s some good news for you. LG has scheduled an event on September 6th in San Francisco and an event in Seoul on the following day.
The invite came with two taglines: “Play More” and “The second story begins.” It’s highly likely that LG is set to unveil the LG V20 at the event. It’s also worth mentioning that IFA 2016 will also kick off in Berlin during the same week so it’s highly likely that we’re also going to spot the handset at the big event as well.
As far as the specifications are concerned, there’s hardly anything available except the fact that handset will be one of the first Android devices to launch with Android 7.0 Nougat on board. There’s no word about other internals but we can expect high-end specifications on the handset.
We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything more about the alleged LG V20.
