In the past few weeks, we’ve heard several rumors about the launch of the new flagship device from LG dubbed as the LG G5.
Earlier today, the Korean company sent out the press invites for their event at Mobile World Congress 2016 on February 21st. The company further confirmed that we’re going to see the shiny new LG G5 at the event in Barcelona.
The news came from the company’s social media channels, and the event is going to take place a day before the big event kicks off. Mobile World Congress 2016 is set to kick off in Barcelona from February 22nd where manufacturers are expected to showcase and introduce their new devices.
Rumors suggest that LG G5 will be equipped with a 5.6-inch display sporting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. Other rumored features include 20MP main camera for photos and videos, 8MP front-facing camera and will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow as its operating system.
