If you’re one of those people who like to tinker around with your Android device and customize it, you’ll be glad to know that Google has posted the factory images of the Nexus 6P.
It’s always helpful to have the factory images on your side, just in case something goes wrong while you’re playing around with the software on your handset.
If you visit the page, there are two builds available for the handst, MDA89D and MDB08K. There’s no word about the difference between the two builds, but it’s likely that one of them is for the Project Fi version of the handset.
Just keep in mind that you have to unlock the bootloader on your device if you’re thinking about flashing your device with the factory image — it will erase your device.
