Three of the major US carriers, excluding AT&T, have already released the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the HTC One M8 and HTC One M9 on their networks.
HTC One M8 and One M9 are hit by further delays on AT&T as revealed by HTC’s Mo Versi on Twitter informing them about a further delay in the roll out of the new operating system.
Mo Versi said in a tweet,
HTC One M8 & M9 AT&T owners – there’s been a slight delay on M OS. We’re in lab but looking at approval within the next couple weeks.
The reason for the delay wasn’t given, but it seems there could be a small problem in the update which the company figured out. Versi said they are looking to get approval in the coming weeks so we can expect the carrier to update the handset as soon as the approval is received.
If you’re an HTC One M8/M9 owner, stay tuned to Geeky Gadgets, we’ll update you as soon as the handsets get the Android Marshmallow update on AT&T.
