Xiaomi Mi3 has seen its fair share of success in India. The device followed the flash sale model of the Chinese OEM, and was sold out within seconds every time it went on sale.
For those of you who’ve repeatedly registered for the flash sale, and were unable to get your hands on the Xiaomi Mi3, there’s a piece of good news for you. Xiaomi will once again sell the handset to 25,000 of those unsuccessful customers on October 6th.
There will be no flash sale, and customers who’ve entered to buy the handset five times or more will be automatically selected by Xiaomi and Flipkart. The handset will be added to their cart automatically on October 6th, and all they have to do now is just click on the “Buy Now” button. There’s no time limit, but if you don’t want to buy it, don’t worry as it move on to the second batch of buyers. Additionally, it appears this is the last time the Xiaomi Mi3 will go on sale, as the company mentioned Facebook:
YES! Mi 3 will be on sale for one last time. As a tribute to our loyal Mi fans, this time it will be made available to those who’ve tried real hard, but have not succeeded. We hope we’ll cheer you up!
Xiaomi Mi3 comes with a 5-inch 1080p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage, 13MP primary camera, 2MP front-facing camera, a 3,050 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat as its operating system.
