As you probably know by now, both the PS4 and Xbox One are available for pre-order at various retailers. And just that quickly, Microsoft has reportedly confirmed that one of its major retailers in the U.S., Amazon.com, has sold out of all pre-order stock for Xbox One.
That didn’t take long. The actual release is scheduled for November, which is almost five months away, and yet one major retailer is already out of pre-order stock.
Pretty impressive. We don’t know yet whether it will be getting more stock, or when. We don’t know what Microsoft’s pre-order allocation was for Amazon.com, but obviously many people want the console. The Xbox One carries is $499 and will be launched in 21 countries this November.
