We heard the other day that the World of Warcraft: Legion beta testing is expected to start on May 12th at 2PM Pacific Time. Blizzard has posted a reminder that the beta will be beginning soon and that all gamers have to do is opt-in for the testing. So by the time you read this, it will have begun. I know that fans have been waiting for this.
Blizzard says that, “The Legion beta test includes the new Demon Hunter class, the starting experience for the Broken Isles, the new level-up and max-level zones, the new Artifact system, and much more. Beta testers will be able to create characters using level 100 templates, so they’ll be primed and ready to explore the newest content.”
There will be no NDA placed on the beta, so you can share what you’ve discovered with your friends and it will be fine. This also means that we will see more videos posted on YouTube about the beta. If you did not receive an email letting you know that you have been chosen, then you are pretty much out of luck, since it is not an open beta.
World of Warcraft: Legion will be released by August 30th, 2016 so there will be several months of beta testing.
