Do you enjoy watching basketball? Many people do. The games themselves are exciting, but sometimes a little of the behind-the-scenes action can add a lot of context to the game and can also increase your experience. If this is how you feel, you may want to keep an eye on Twitch.
Twitch has announced that they are in a partnership with the USA basketball team for the 2020 Olympics. Leading up to the games in Tokyo next year, fans will be able to tune into Twitch where they’ll be able to watch all kinds of events related to the team.
Twitch says, “Twitch will be Team USA’s home for everything from player camps and practices, exhibition games against other national teams, and even a first look at the new 3 on 3 formats coming to the Olympics next year. It’s all going down on /NBA, but everyone is also invited to co-stream everything with your communities.”
The first exhibition game will be played against Team Australia on the 22nd of August at 7:30pm PT. You can follow /NBA if you’d like to get more updates on future games and events. This will be something different for basketball fans as you get to see more behind the scenes action.
