Assassin’s Creed Unity is a good looking game and the setting is cool. Paris, France during the French Revolution is a fun time. Well, not for everyone. But the question is, what can we expect for the next Assassin’s Creed title? Well it looks like next year’s Assassin’s Creed will be set in London.
This was confirmed by Ubisoft, “It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked. And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we’re disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public.”
Still Ubisoft has not confirmed the details of the game, except for the time period it is set in. So we still have many surprises ahead. According to the leaked information, the next title could be called “Victory” which could be a clue that it is the Victorian period, an era that many fans want to see. The game will be developed by Ubisoft Quebec and there will also reportedly be no Xbox 360/PS3 versions of the game. That is not unexpected since we are all moving toward the latest consoles. Hopefully we don’t have so much Assassin’s Creed that we are sick of it by then.
