If you don’t fancy making your very own smart mirror using hardware such as the awesome Raspberry Pi mini PC, you may be interested in the new Tammax Smart Mirror which has this month launched by a Kickstarter to raise the required funds it needs to go into production.
Shipping of the new smart mirror is expected to take place during May 2017, and once installed the high-tech reflective surface provides a touchscreen and is completely waterproof offering a way to surf the web, receive notifications and even watch media from your bath or shower.

We have completed most of our prototyping phases and have a top-tier manufacturer set up to begin production as early as March for delivery to you in April. Our product manager has a proven track record of bringing mass consumer products to market. We acknowledge that unforeseen events can happen in the final phases of prototyping and heading into production. However, we have full confidence we are making strong progress and need your support to enable us to complete the final stages of the project and fund the production of the product, so we can get it into your hands. Should something occur, we promise to be 100% transparent and honest with you. We’ll keep you updated regularly throughout the campaign and will always be happy to answer any questions you may have about Smart Mirror.
