I bet you are tired of playing as Link in Nintendo’s Smash Bros. games. Me too. However, we have some good news. You will be able to play as Princess Zelda on Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo Wii U. This should make Wii U owners happy and make the game more enjoyable.

Zelda will also be wearing her armor from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, and it looks like she has the ability to summon the Phantom, which you will enjoy using in the game. We don’t know yet when the game will be released, but it is likely that the game will arrive along with Mario Kart 8 in Spring of 2014. Hopefully we won’t have to wait longer than that.

The Wii U certainly needs more quality games to sell more consoles, so games like Super Smash Bros. will help. Assuming that the game is awesome and highly playable of course. At least it looks like they are doing things right as far as introducing more characters. Princess Zelda should be fun to use. And being able to summon phantoms? Awesome! She will kick butt.
