Star Fox Zero is hitting the Wii U on April 22nd, 2016. That is news to the ears of Star Fox fans everywhere. The game was originally due to arrive on November 20th, but in September, Nintendo announced that it would be delayed into 2016.
At the time they said, “we will need a little more time to work on areas such as the unprecedented discovery that we want players to experience in the game by using two screens, and further polishing the level designs and perfecting the tone of the cut scenes,”
The company announced the new release date during its Nintendo Direct livestream. I’m sure fans everywhere cheered and screamed at that announcement. We may have to wait several extra months, but before you know it, we will all be playing this title. The time will go by super fast. Is it time yet? Darn. What about now? Still nothing huh? Is it here yet? Oh well.
This game should be interesting since it makes use of both screens, unlike other games in the franchise. Hopefully, for the sake of the fans, it will live up to all of the hype. Fans have been waiting for too long.
