Splinter Cell: Blacklist’s release date was pushed back to August 20, but here’s some good news for Wii U owners. A Wii U version of the game has been confirmed by the company today.
The game will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and now the Wii U. Of course it will make good use of the Wii U GamePad by using “enhanced game-play features” that will allow players to use Sam Fisher’s tools, switch weapons, kill enemies and navigate through the environments.
We don’t know what other features the Wii U version will have, but it should be a real treat to fans who own the console.
