Sony is warning PSP owners that its comic book store is shutting down after October 30th. At that date, we won’t be able to download the necessary app or buy additional titles. It’s a sad day for PSP toting comic book fans.
Any currently owned comics will be available to download again until mid-January, but it’s up to you to preserve existing libraries after that. On the other side of the ocean, PS Vita owners in Japan will get a Manga store and reader in October. It just doesn’t seem fair.
Sony doesn’t have anything to say on the subject right now. Just make sure you get those already owned comics backed up before you lose your chance.
