Many of us have already pre-ordered Sony’s PlayStation 4 which will be released on November 15th, but some people don’t like to order early, waiting and watching. Seeing if the console is really worth it before buying. That seems risky since you might not be able to get one on launch day.
SCE CEO Jack Tretton has revealed that the company is thinking about these people by holding back some units. According to Tretton, “We want to make sure that consumers have an opportunity to buy one on November 15 and through the holidays […] We’re holding back some inventory to make sure that people have an opportunity to buy one that come in on launch day.”
Pre-order just to be safe, but if you don’t Sony has your back.
