Back in February, iOS users were the lucky first to get a new app that offered fans of Saturday Night Live a chance to view individual skits from their archives of 40 years of broadcasts. Now the app is available for Android users too.
There are a lot of classic skits here, like Joe Piscopo as Ted Koppel, announcing the assassination of Buckwheat. Who could forget that? It also has a special set of emojis that are based on characters from SNL skits. Fans will love it.
No matter which era of the show you are a fan of, this app has everything you could want. Relive all of your fond memories of John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray and the rest of the gang. Or even Eddie Murphy, Mike Myers, Jon Lovitz, Will Ferrell, and Adam Sandler. They are all here and you will likely find skits you forgot about too.
Android users finally get their turn at the SNL app. It is available for free from the Google Play Store. I mean, Eddie Murphy as Gumby, the Coneheads, Franz and Hans… How could you not love this app? It will give you hours of entertainment. Yes, I think it is awesome.
