Pokemon fans who want to actually become Pikachu now have an option to make that happen. There’s a Pikachu-themed Snapchat filter, but it is for a limited time only.
Love them or hate them, Snapchat filters have become a way of life. Today Snapchat has debuted another filter that will please Pokemon fans. This one features everyone’s favorite Pokemon, Pikachu.
So now you can have the yellow ears and rosy cheeks of this little creature and look just like him. Not only that, but Pikachu will come and kiss your face when you open your mouth. Oh, and also electrocute you, which is cute, but kind of weird. Then again, I find all of these filters to be very weird. But I’m not the demographic they are after obviously. I think that most people are going to look pretty adorable with rosy cheeks and yellow ears. It also gives you a Pikachu nose, but that isn’t as noticeable. Obviously Pokemon fans will eat this up and Snapchat knows it. So now you are going to be seeing tons of pikachus everywhere as your friends and family all show you this filter. Prepare yourself for the impending Pikachu invasion to come.
