You may have been wondering or even hoping that Skyrim would show up on the latest current gen consoles. Well, apparently, a listing on Bethesda’s website has been discovered, specifically on the Skyrim product page. There was a modified caption thatmentioned both the Xbox One and PS4, right after the previous generation listings.
The Xbox 360, PS3, and PC text will redirect you to GameStop’s online storefront, although the Xbox One and PS4 text does not do anything right now. How long the listings have been up, we have no idea, but they are there now. Bethesda has not confirmed anything yet, but there are no denials either. Why would they deny themselves more money though? They obviously would love the extra sales.
Don’t forget how insanely popular this title was. It could be quite profitable too, with the higher price point of next-gen titles. I know I would buy it for the PS4. And that’s coming from someone who already played it on the PS3. The title is that good. When we get some confirmation we will let you know, but I think we can safely assume it is coming.
