Today Sky+ has announced the arrival of a new 2TB Sky+ HD PVR to its products, which provides the same functionality as the existing 1TB Sky+ HD PVR, but now provides 350GB of space for movies and TV programmes in HD to enjoy.
As well as the new Sky+ HD PVR, Sky+ has also rolled out a new iPad, which has been designed and created to transform Apple’s tablet in to a secondary display.
Enabling you to use it as a remote control, engage in social networking and more. With a feature powered by Zeebox, that provides access to Twitter and details information for programmes that are currently playing, with information about the cast, directors and soundtracks available to peruse.
The new Sky+ iPad app will be arriving in the iTunes App Store later this week and will be a free download.
