We heard a while back that the Samsung Ativ Odyssey was headed to US mobile carrier Verizon Wirless, the handset will be available from Verizon from today, and will retail for $50 when you sign up to a new contract with the carrier, this price includes a mail in rebate.
The Samsung ATIV Odyssey comes with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8, and the device features a 4 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, plus dual cameras.
Other specifications on the Samsung Ativ Odyssey include a 1.2 megapixel camera for video chat, on the back there is a 5 megapixel camera for photos and video, the device is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor and it also features a 2,100 mAh battery.
