Angry Birds is a juggernaut that just can’t be stopped. Case in point, the latest collaboration is between Rovio and McDonald’s China who will launch a location-based Angry Birds game. The game allows Angry Birds gamers to unlock a bunch of content.
Content like game modes, stages and power-ups depending on which McDonald’s they are visiting in China. Players will also be able to vote for their favorite McDonald’s branch in China, and after the voting is over, the branch with the most votes will have a gigantic slingshot attached to the golden arches.
That’s crazy. It’s just a game people. I doubt we will see this happen here in the U.S. Thank God!
