Today Ricoh have unveiled their new rugged camera the PX Series which has been built for the outdoors and hard ware. The new PX Series camerais designed to be waterproof, shockproof and impermeable to dust, dirt and sand. Battling anything the outdoors can throw at it and keeps your precious photos safe.
On a technology front they are equipped with a 16 megapixel CCD sensor complete with Smooth Imaging Engine IV and a 5x optical wide zoom lens (28mm-140mm). They are also equipped with a range of 20 creative shooting modes including beach, snow, party, cooking and night scene.
The new range of PX Series adventure-proof camera will be arriving in later this month for around $300 and will come with optional Protective jacket PJ-1 available in five colours: yellow, pink, blue, brown and white, together with a Neck Strap ST-4 (option) also available in five colours: black, pink, blue, green and brown.
