Choice Online from Australia is reporting that it is possible that Australians can expect to pay a lot more for PS4 and Xbox One games. Based on their comparisons of prices from local retailers like JB Hi-Fi and EB Games, they expect that Australians could pay as much as 37% more for PS4 and Xbox One games compared to North America.
Games are priced at $59.99 in America. No one objects to them making money but 37% higher seems a little ridiculous.
In the end they either want Australian money or they don’t. Price things too high and they might lose sales there. So it is up to these companies not to hurt themselves.
