If you still have a PlayStation 2 and have been thinking about trading it in for some money at GameStop, you better hurry. Gamestop has begun to display a message in its stores that say they will no longer be accepting PlayStation 2 trade-ins starting on June 1.
That also goes for all of its accessories and games. Sony stopped its shipments of the PlayStation 2 a few months ago. The next-generation consoles will be upon us shortly and they are getting ready to sell those. Out with the old, in with the new.
The PS2 had a good run and gave us many classic games.
