The PT-AE8000 projector from Panasonic is all about 3D projection. It delivers a 20 percent brighter 3D picture than it’s predecessor and has motion interpolation for the stereoscopic image. Fine-tuning is also new through picture balance and monitor tools that help perfect the color and parallax effects before the movie is even started.
2D movies will look amazing as well. A new 220W lamp produces deeper reds, a more visible 2,400 lumens of brightness and a 500,000:1 contrast ratio.
The AE8000U should cost about $3,499 when it arrives in stores between late September and early October. It’s a good gift to get yourself for the holidays and will make your home theater top notch.
