Nokia is working on edible tech in the 3-D printing realm and with Easter Sunday coming up, Nokia has put 3-D printing to good use by using chocolate. Chocolate, which we all love and can never get enough of. Chocolate, which is what Easter is all about.
#Chokia is the latest in Nokia’s 3-D printing research, bringing it to chocolatier, Mark Jones, to produce the Nokia logo using a 3-D printer that uses chocolate as “ink.” Now that is an ink I can appreciate. It isn’t as easy as it looks though. The chocolate needs to be mixed correctly and can not be too hot, or it may not turn out right. If it is too cold, it may not print anything at all and the nozzle will get clogged.
Basically Nokia wants us all to know that customization and personal expression, along with innovation are central to the company’s thought process. So that obviously leads to chocolate printing. Can chocolate cellphones be far behind? I hope they get to work on that right away. We need more chocolate everything!
