Not too long ago @evleaks tweeted a bunch of codenames for some of the upcoming Nokia devices. While we’ve already seen rumors about most of them, the notorious one posted another screenshot of the device known as ‘Moneypenny’.
The alleged screenshot shows the homescreen interface of the alleged Moneypenny. As it can be seen from the screenshot, the handset is running on two networks, with both of them connected to 3G. @evleaks clearly mentioned the name Moneypenny which leaves no room for any confusion or guessing games.
It clearly means that Moneypenny is a dual-SIM device. The screenshot also shows some official Nokia applications as well.
There’s no information about the hardware “Moneypenny” is expected to come with, but it appears to be an entry-level handset. Also, if the screenshot resolution matters, it’s 480 x 854 which is not very high considering a flagship, so we’ll just stick with Moneypenny being a entry or mid-level handset. All we know is that Moneypenny, along with Goldfinger will be the first devices running Windows Phone 8.1, according to @evleaks.
There’s also no word about the launch of any new Nokia devices we’ve seen lately, but we’re wildly guessing that it could take place at the Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2014, which will take place in Las Vegas next month. What do you people think?
