Expected Specifications and Features
The specifications on the Nokia Atlas are expected to be similar to that of the Nokia Lumia 820. The Lumia 820 is known for its robust performance and sleek design, featuring a 4.3-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
The Lumia 820 also boasts an 8-megapixel rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics, capable of capturing high-quality photos and 1080p video. The device will likely run on Windows Phone 8, offering a smooth and user-friendly experience with access to a wide range of apps and services.
Design and Build Quality
The Nokia Atlas is anticipated to carry forward the Lumia series’ reputation for excellent build quality and design. The Lumia 820, for instance, features a polycarbonate body that is both durable and lightweight. It also offers interchangeable back covers, allowing users to personalize their devices with different colors and finishes. This feature is expected to be present in the Nokia Atlas as well, making it a versatile choice for style-conscious consumers.
Moreover, the Lumia 820 includes a 1650 mAh battery, which provides a decent amount of usage time. Wireless charging capabilities are also a highlight, thanks to the optional wireless charging shells. This innovative feature is likely to be included in the Nokia Atlas, offering users the convenience of cable-free charging.
