Hot on the heels of launching iPhone cases made from sneaker soles, (Pun intended) Nike has now announced the launch of four new Apple Watch bands. The new bands are coupled with a new shoe launch from Nike.
The new Nike Sport Band colors for the Apple Watch have been designed to match the company’s new Air VaporMax Flyknit “Day to Night” running shoe collection. Nike fans will want to get their hands on these.
Nike is marketing these new bands for the Apple Watch Nike+ but since there is no major difference between that version and others, the bands will be compatible with almost every other Apple Watch model. Just so you know. All four new bands will be sold through Nike’s online and retail stores beginning June 1st. Apple and its resellers will have them in stock early next month.
These will cost $49 each. This comes from an expanded partnership between Apple and Nike. The Nike+ Watch, launched in 2016, was a major milestone in this partnership. The co-branded NikeLab watch was launched earlier this year in April as well and I’m sure that more are coming at some point. Nike fans can certainly look for more in the near future. This is the latest.
