No matter what you are calling it, iPhone 5S or iPhone 6, Apple’s next-generation smartphone is expected soon. Maybe in June. We probably won’t see a higher resolution display, but we might see more than two color versions of the handset.
This would be a first in the history of iPhone launches. Japanese website Macotakara says the iPhone 5S / 6 might have green and gold color versions, in addition to the classic black and white ones. Another novelty could be a dual-LED flash for the rear camera.
The same source also reports that the rumored cheaper iPhone will have several color versions as well. But the info is contradictory, saying that the cheaper handset will come in either White, Navy, Gold Orange, and Gray, or in White, Blue, Green, and Yellow-orange. Either way, there’s no black edition. I guess we will have to see what happens.
