One thing is for sure, everyone can bank on nostalgia to sell you something. That’s what Netflix did with Fuller House. Netflix renewed the Full House reboot, Fuller House, for an extra four seasons after it debuted. But that is coming to an end in 2019.
Let’s face it, most of the people that enjoyed the nostalgia stopped watching after the first season anyway. Now the show’s fifth season will be it’s last.
“We’re saving the best for last,” Candace Cameron-Bure, DJ Tanner on the show, told fans in a video released on social media. Netflix greenlit the series in 2015 and began airing episodes the following year to great reviews from long time fans. However, viewership sharply went down at the start of the second season and never recovered. However, that didn’t stop the streaming service from renewing the current Season 4 just last January. At this point enough is enough though. Let’s be honest, it’s not a good show. It’s hard to believe that it got 5 seasons, but it did.
The final season will begin airing later this fall if you are one of those who are still watching this series. At least you had a good run. But not any more.
