If you are the user of a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc smartphone that needs more runtime from your device, Mugen has a new battery for you. The larger battery also comes with a new battery door. If you don’t have a black device, don’t worry.
It appears Mugen has the battery door you will need in all the colors the Arc comes in including pink. The new battery has a 3200mAh capacity compared to the 1500mAh capacity of the standard battery. That works out to 213% more total capacity than the original battery.
The new battery pack and the battery door sell for $84.95. As with any larger battery, it will add heft and thickness to your device. The total thickness with the new battery is 17.5mm. The battery will ship on December 30.
