We know that the Moto X is an expensive phone to make, so it is no wonder that we have already heard that Motorola is working on releasing a lower-cost version of the Moto X.
And now we’re finally starting to see some traces of this lower cost device. A Sina Weibo user has leaked a photo of what appears to be swappable back-covers for the Moto X. This means that those looking to get it would not have to go through Moto Maker to get their new device.
We don’t know much else at this point, but there may be dual-SIM support. We should start seeing more about the cheaper Moto X soon. When we learn anything new we will pass it on.
