If you aren’t a Minecraft fan you may not know that Minecon is an annual convention where Minecraft fans gather to celebrate their favorite game. Mojang confirmed last month that Minecon 2015 will in fact take place after skipping 2014 and they expect more than 10,000 people to turn up to the event.
It will take place in London. And now Mojang has confirmed when the Minecon 2015 tickets sale starts. If you are a Minecraft fan who wants to attend the festivities, you’ll need to mark your calendar for March 27th.
Tickets will be sold online at minecon.mojang.com on March 27th and March 28th at a price of £129 each. Tickets will only be sold via the website through Eventbrite. Only 5,000 tickets will go on sale at 6 pm GMT on March 27th. The next 5,000 tickets will be sold at 12 pm GMT on March 28th. You can purchase up to six tickets in one order.
To complete the order the name of each person a ticket is being bought for needs to be entered. It won’t be processed if this is not done. Of course tickets cannot be resold and are non-transferrable. Children aged 3 or under get in for free. It will take place at the ExCeL London Exhibition and Conference Center on July 4th and July 5th, 2015. Have fun.
