Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that earlier this year Konami released Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes for consoles. The game has done pretty well and gamers seem to enjoy it. Over 1 million copies have shipped, but by now I am sure that the number has gone up.
That’s cool and all, but what about PC gamers? They must feel like they have been left out on this particular game. Well, we have some good news. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes could be seeing a release via Steam on the 18th of December.
This info is according to user reports on the NeoGAF forums who claimed to have heard from Russian sources who attended the IgroMir gaming exhibition. So I guess take it with some grains of salt. A Konami UK spokesperson was asked about it, but they were unable to confirm it. However if that date is accurate, we will likley hear more about this soon. Remember that back in August, creator Hideo Kojima confirmed that Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain would be making their way onto Steam. He just never gave a release date. This would be great news for PC gamers for sure.
