We have some not so good news if this turns out to be accurate. If you were looking forward to getting your hands on the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and playing it for a few days straight, you aren’t going to like this. Word on the street is that the game is just 2 hours long.
The game is scheduled for a release on the March 18th 2014. According to Game Informer, they got their hands on a near-final build of the game, and in an upcoming issue they reveal that they completed the game in just two hours. Say what? Yes, two hours. However, that two hour mark is only for the main mission, not counting the side quests or console exclusives. Even so, that really stinks.
Who knows how long it would take if you were to go through every single mission, but two hours for the main game itself just seems lazy. Even if that is 2 hours of top quality gaming, for what we pay, it should be more time consuming than that. We’ll have to wait for reviews to see if it really is worth the two hours, but I personally want more from games considering the price they sell for.
