Here’ssome good news for fans of Metal Gear Online. Konami has announced that it has officially launched Metal Gear Online on Steam. The beta is over so the game is now available for everyone.
Konami says that a lot of feedback was considered and they made some key tweaks before launch to make sure all was well. Just like console versions of Metal Gear Online it will keep receiving new updates to make the experience better while adding new content. So go ahead and get into it. It should be a fun game.
So Metal Gear Online is now available to PC gamers who own Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. This competitive online component of the game went into beta last week, but an exploit forced Konami to take it offline. Now those issues are all said to be fixed and so Metal Gear Online is ready for the masses. And so it has officially released it on Steam.
If you get the game and join one match between January 19th to January 26th you will get 3,000 gear points as a reward, allowing you to customize your character’s gear style. This is great news for those who have been waiting for this title on PC. It is on Steam now.
