Get ready for a massive Star Wars LEGO set. This 43-inch long Imperial Star Destroyer is made from Lego and is most impressive. The new 4,700-piece Lego set is the largest Star Wars-themed set to date. Perfect for recreating the epic opening scene of A New Hope in your home.
The Devastator set has a ton of detail, including swiveling guns, a tilting radar disk, huge engine exhausts and intricate surface details. It also comes with a scale version of the Tantive IV ship. You know, the one used by Leia to try and escape with the plans for the Death Star. That ship can be built separately and attached to the main model so you can relive that scene as well.
The set also comes with an imperial officer and imperial crewmember minifigures, and two blaster pistols. Naturally you will want to show off your 17-inch high, 26-inch wide creation once it’s built, so it comes with a display stand with an informational plaque. This set is for the serious Star Wars fan.
The set goes on sale on October 1st, and will cost $700 in the US and £650 in the UK. I guess I better start saving up now.
