The 2014 World Cup kicks off in Brazil tomorrow the 12th of June, and no Apple has added a new ‘Football Fever’ section to the iTunes App Store.
The Football Fever section on Apple’s iTunes App Store is showcasing a range of Football themed app, from the official FIFA app, to a range of app like the BBC iPlayer and ITV player apps for watching games.
Apple has also included a range of Football themed games in their Football Fever section of the app store, these include FIFA 14 by EA, New Star Soccer, Football Manager 2014 and more.
On top of that Apple have listed a range of app under a ‘Discover Brazil’ section, and also social media apps under another section called ‘Share the Fever’.
They have even listed books, movies, and music related to Football, obviously Apple are looking to capitalize on the World Cup, by highlighting these apps and more.
You can see the Football Fever section on the iTunes store at the link below, as you would expect the US version is called ‘Soccer Fever’.
