The iPhone X was unveiled by Apple a few weeks ago along with the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. However, customers will have to wait until next month to get their hands on the device. Since no one has been able to buy it yet, we didn’t know what the retail box design of the iPhone X looked like.
Well, now Apple has shared the handset’s retail box on its website for all to see while we wait to buy it.
The retail boxes for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus show off the glass backs of the handsets. The glass back is a new addition to the lineup and it allows wireless charging on these devices. The iPhone X on the other hand is all about its display. It is a bezel-less display with an OLED panel. It’s the first OLED smartphone from Apple in fact.
So naturally the iPhone X retail box highlights the handset’s display. Apple is going to start taking pre-orders for the iPhone X starting October 27th with shipments starting early next month. Many people are complaining about the price since this is an expensive one, but no doubt hardcore Apple fans will still gladly pay for it.
