Earlier this year at WWDC 2014, Apple announced the iOS 8 operating system which is available to developers in beta form. The new operating system is expected to roll out later this month, alongside the new iPhone 6.
According to a new report, Apple is working on the new iOS 8.0.1 which will be seeded to partners ahead of the iOS 8 launch to the public, which will come with more enhancements.
There’s no word about the new features and enhancements which will be introduced with the new iOS 8.0.1, nor its availability details. There’s a possibility that Apple may release the beta version of the iOS 8.0.1 for developers right after the launch of the iOS 8.
Apple iOS 8 comes with a number of new features and enhancements to existing devices, and will be available to all devices from iPhone 4S and above, and will bring deeper integration between iOS devices and Mac OS X Yosemite. The update will also come with several health-related features in the Health app, which could possibly be utilized by the purported iWatch.
